Wi-Fi, a 55-inch TV, books, and board games provide entertainment. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. Two armchairs with footstools invite you to relax. The apartment is on the first floor of a renovated late 19th-century building in a quiet, central location—an ideal base for activities and excursions. Beds are freshly made, and each guest receives one bath towel and one hand towel. The kitchen is stocked with daily essentials like cookware, basic spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, dish towels, dishes, and glasses. Important: Beds can be separated on request. Please inform us of your preference when booking through the platform. A shared parking space on the property is available during your stay. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers. Events on the property are not permitted. A private garden area with table and chairs is located above, behind the parking spaces. Here you can enjoy your evening in privacy and good weather. We are located between the Harz and Solling regions. Your hosts live on the property but not in the rented unit. As there are three other apartments with permanent residents in the building, some noise in the stairwell may occur. The house rules and Wi-Fi password can be found in the guest folder. A visit to the PS Speicher, a collection of automobiles from the early days to the present, is highly recommended.
