The apartment is on the first floor of a renovated late 19th-century building in a quiet, central location—an ideal base for activities and excursions. There are three other permanently rented apartments in the house, so occasional footsteps in the stairwell are to be expected. Beds are freshly made, and each guest receives one bath towel and one hand towel. The kitchen includes daily essentials such as cookware, basic spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, dish towels, dishes, and glasses. Important note: The beds can be separated upon request. Please indicate this when booking through the platform. A shared parking space on the property is available during your stay. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers. Events are not permitted. A private garden area with table and chairs is located above, behind the parking spaces. Here, you can enjoy the evening in privacy and good weather. This garden area is for your exclusive use. We are located on the edge of the Weserbergland region. A lockable storage area is available for your bicycles or if you arrive directly by bike.
