The apartment is on the first floor of a renovated late 19th-century building in a quiet, central location—perfect as a base for activities and excursions. Beds are freshly made, and each guest receives one bath towel and two hand towels. The kitchen includes daily essentials such as cookware, basic spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, dish towels, dishes, and glasses. A shared parking space on the property is available during your stay. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. Events on the property are not permitted. You’ll find a private garden corner with table and chairs above the parking area, screened from the street—ideal for enjoying pleasant evenings. This garden area is for your exclusive use. The hosts live on the property but not in the apartment. As there are three other rental units in the building with permanent residents, some noise in the stairwell is unavoidable.
